The Communication Cottage is a neurodiversity-affirming practice that seeks to connect you to client-centered care.
Our model includes direct therapy with the client (pediatric or adult), care partner training to support carryover into everyday life, and sharing of resources to improve education and access.
Our Services

Pediatric evaluations available in areas of: language, articulation, stuttering, and voice.
Adult evaluations available in areas of: language, cognition, articulation/motor speech, stuttering, voice, and swallowing.

Treatment sessions can take place in your home, the community, or virtually. You will be able to discuss with the clinician to determine what may be best for you.

Consulting services are offered for dementia care partners and provide education and advocacy for you and your loved one.

Voice and speech coaching for the actor to help you prepare your acting instrument for roles and prevent injury.
Rates
We operate on a private-pay model.
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.
Locations
We bring speech therapy to you!
We travel to homes and communities within Union, Middlesex, Somerset, and Essex County. We also provide virtual services across NJ.
